The renovation of the VentureHaven Singapore office explores the transformation of the existing workplace into an Entrepreneur Hub — a flexible environment designed to bring entrepreneurs, start-ups and business professionals together to work, connect and exchange ideas.

Two spatial options were developed to explore different approaches to collaboration. Option One focuses on a shared co-working environment, with communal workstations, informal lounge seating, meeting rooms and private pods arranged to encourage interaction while retaining spaces for focused work. The layout creates opportunities for chance encounters, informal discussions and collaboration between members of the VentureHaven community.

Option Two introduces a dedicated presentation stage, transforming the central workspace into a more event-oriented environment. The stage provides a platform for entrepreneur talks, workshops, business presentations and community events, allowing the hub to operate beyond a conventional workplace and become a space for knowledge-sharing and networking.

Both options retain essential support spaces while exploring how the office can become a more active, flexible and community-driven environment. The design positions VentureHaven not simply as a place to work, but as a setting where entrepreneurs can meet, collaborate, share ideas and grow their businesses together.
