Located in the heart of Auckland CBD, the Guardian Airbnb is a hospitality renovation designed to create a distinctly New Zealand sense of place within a contemporary urban retreat.

The interior draws inspiration from the colours, patterns and natural character of the New Zealand landscape, incorporating references to native flora, fauna and local textures throughout the space. Rich greens, earthy timber tones and botanical patterns create a warm and immersive atmosphere, while curated artwork and detailing add a sense of identity to the guest experience.

The design aims to move beyond a conventional Airbnb interior, creating a space that feels rooted in its location while remaining contemporary and inviting. Through a considered balance of natural materials, local references and residential comfort, Guardian offers visitors an opportunity to experience a subtle expression of New Zealand character from within the centre of Auckland.
